Lanes & Co was born from a belief that luxury should be felt, not simply bought or sold.
Founded by Casey Lane, whose journey in the industry began at just sixteen, Lanes & Co is the result of years of passion, experience and a deeply personal vision for what buying and selling luxury could become.
Throughout her journey, Casey recognised that the North East deserved more — a more considered, personal approach to luxury, built around trust, connection and an experience that extends far beyond the transaction itself.
She never wanted a relationship to begin and end across a counter. For Casey, buying and selling has always been about understanding each client’s individual needs, creating an experience that feels personal, considered and meaningful to them.
That belief became the foundation of Lanes & Co.
Created with genuine emotion and a passion for the industry, we set out to build more than a store. A brand to follow, a community to belong to, and an experience to fall in love with. From the moment you walk through our doors, every detail reflects our desire to make buying and selling luxury feels catered to you.
And for Casey this is just the beginning.

For the past nine years Casey has lived and breathed the world of buying and selling. Casey quickly developed a wide range of knowledge but also a deep understanding of people.
Today, Casey continues to shape Lanes & Co with the same passion that inspired its creation – building a brand defined by trust, transparency, and something the North East was lacking. Her vision is simple: to ensure every client leaves feeling valued whether that be for buying or selling.
Casey will never not shout that pre loved buying and selling should feel just as special.
I feel an immense sense of pride when I look at what Lanes & Co is becoming. Over the years, my passion for the industry has only grown stronger, and my vision for what I want to create has become clearer.
My dream has always been to build a destination where people can come to buy and sell the pieces we love, while feeling genuinely welcomed, understood and cared for. Somewhere the experience feels just as special as the items themselves.

Starting Lanes & Co at such a young age, it’s been such a pleasure to grow up alongside the business and build relationships with so many lovely customers along the way. Being able to work in such a special place, surrounded by the most supportive girls, is something that means so much to me. Watching the business grow over the years and seeing how far it’s come makes me incredibly proud, and I feel so lucky to have been a part of the journey.
